Guest guest
As Harry says... They will test to see if you can be taught.. not what you know.... At our agency we give a study guide to the applicant approximately two weeks before the test. How well they do on the test just gives us some indication on whether or not they really want the position. It's a 25 question test, of which we've already given them the answers. If they can't pass that... did they really want the job? Weintraut
Guest guest
_101 When I was going through the application process I had to take a compatibilty test, which really didn't have to do with the job, I had to take the 500+ question psych test, and then I had to have a session with the shrink. (that was to confirm that I was crazy enough for the job). When all those tests came back I had my physical. With all that said...each dept tests in different ways. Some do oral interviews with a board of people comprised of members of the dept. Different strokes for different folks. I'm sure you will do fine.
