Guest guest
During the day, I'm frequently cold, especially this year. I'm treating my adrenal fatigue with some success. My thyroid has tested fine, although I'm not convinced that it is. But when I go to bed, it usually feels too hot to sleep. I grew up in the north, so that explains some of it. However, I used to be able to sleep as long as the room was under 65. Now it seems that I don't sleep well unless the room is 55-60. What causes this and why is it getting worse? How can I be freezing during the day but hot at night? It's not a hot flash - I just can't sleep and feel like the room is too warm. (If I get up, I don't feel warm.) I'm under 30, so I doubt this is menopause related. Any ideas?
