Guest guest
Jeanne Ann, Keep me informed about how the CoQ10 helps you. I started with 50 mg per day for 30 days, then switched to 100 mg per day, which is my current dose. I have noticed that if I get enough sleep, then I can make it through the day now. I still believe my dose needs increased and will up it for the next 30 days when I am out of the current bottle. Sometimes I use the side of the van for support. I often wonder what people must think that see me shopping in a wheelchair and then get out of it - load it - and drive off on my own. I'm probably the topic of some very interesting conversations. Actually that used to really bother me a lot. Not anymore, I am just so thankful that I can still go on my own that I don't care what others think. Do you have to get into the van yourself? (I find I don't have the leg strength to get into most vans- I have to get into a car by putting my right leg in then kind of falling into the seat and then pick up my left leg and put it into the car *It is amazing how different we all are. I can get into and out of my van much easier than my car. I have a Ford Escort and I just get one leg in and then fall in. That one leg usually get stuck between the steering wheel and the floor and I have a time prying it loose. What a sight. Oh the other hand, my van allows me to step up slowly (using my arms somewhat) and they sitting down instead of falling into it. I feel much more in control and it is much easier for me. also I have a lot of trouble walking from the front of the car to the trunk now and don't know how I would do that without using the roof to hang on). *Hopefully this will improve. I go thru times (sometimes months) that I can hardly drag my body around and then I get to where I can function better. Do you do this? I think mine has to do with energy. Do you take NADH? I don't think I could function at all without it. I also started taking CoQ10 yesterday. I will try anything to get rid of that mind-numbing fatigue. Good luck and I'll pass on the lift info as soon as I get it. Jeanne Ann Neff
