infertility. Insurance companies have made this

stuggle even harder. Please help us to encourage our

goverment to make insurance companies mandate

infertility coverage.

Here is a brief description of this petition:

Support Fair Access to Infertility Treatment and Hope Act of

2000. Senator Torricelli (New Jersey), introduced this bill

in March 2000;

which was read twice and referred to the Committee on

Health, Education, Labor, and Pension.

This bill requires health plans to cover all infertility

procedures considered non-experimental that

are deemed appropriateby patient and physician,up to four

attempts (with two additional attempts

provided for those successful couples that desire a second

child).
