Guest guest
Okay, So I've been doing three meals a day, since July 18th, and sticking to low carbs. My frustration and confusion is with weight loss. I started 151 lbs. At the beginning of this week, i was at 142. I've been gaining weight ever since and I'm now at 146. I've exercised a few times, running for 30 + minutes. I have eaten salad dressings high in fat, and i am drinking coffee with some coffee mate. I went to chinese food and had pork and veggies, but i don't feel like i'm overeating. I had rapid weight loss, now i'm having rapid weight gain. I probably shouldn't get on the scale everyday. I'm obsessive compulsive with food and weight. I'd like to lose, and I'm probably 20 pounds over my ideal weight. What is up with the weight gain. I've been smoking lately too. And i take Psyllium Husks a few times a week. But the main difference from the weight loss days, and the weight gain days are probably the salad dressings, the chinese food, smoking, more coffee, diet coke and less exercise. What's your experience? I'd like to feel like i'm doing fine, but i know that i need to do low fat as well. I'm not fat counting, but I can start, Just to get an idea of how much i'm really getting. So, what's your advice...? Help me out please... jenna
