tib fib instability

Hi Folks,

I am needing advice about how to stabilize my right tibia and fibula.

Both bones rotated towards the inside and locked with muscle spasms. I

could not move my leg to flex it further or to extend it. It is

incredibly painful. I was able to get an emergency appointment with our

chiropractor who was able to reduce it after working on it for 45 min.

it has dislocated twice since them. It feels like jello to stand on and

feels like it could hyperextend very easily. It is hot to touch and

very swollen.

My left ankle is in an aircast still because I can't get an appointment

with the ortho until Feb. 12/00.

All ideas would be most welcome,
