Guest guest Posted August 14, 2004 Report Share Posted August 14, 2004 Hello, I'm on day 5 of phase 1. I noticed in the SBD book it mainly lists some sort of salad for lunch. I'm not a real salad person, at least not for the main part of the meal. For lunch I've been having a salad every day along with either 1/2 lb. of ground sirloin or a boneless chicken breast. Is that okay? Also, I've read somewhere in these posts that you're limited to how much milk you can have in a day. I'm using 1% milk with my decaf coffee and also having non-fat plain yogurt as one of my snacks. I don't drink milk otherwise. Is there a limit to how many plain yogurts I can have and how many ounces? Thanks, Connie PS. I discovered that I actually like or prefer, now, just plain oil and vinegar for my salad dressing. I've been sticking pretty close to the diet, but my little cheats have been having more cashews than allowed and last night I had one extra fugesicle.
