Guest guest
I really like being able to keep track, not just my calories, but carbs and nutrition too. My body is really carb sensitive so I like to keep them under 50 grams if I can, and I like knowing what nutrition I have eaten and which I need more of. Tells me if I need more than one multi-vitamin a day. And if I reach 5000 calories, then I have eaten too much. LOL Just kidding, but you get the hint. hehhe Carol web site Thanks for referring fitday.comIt's great.I know we're not supposed to be counting, but it was nice to know that today I had 1200 calories, 70% of the RDA for FAT, 30% of the RDA for carbs, 185% of the RDA for protein, and 80% of the RDA for cholesterol! That makes sense!Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats. Guest guest
I'm already loading in what I'll be eating tomorrow! Hey, I keep seeing a reference to NFS? What is that? There doesn't appear to be a glossary. Steve > I really like being able to keep track, not just my calories, but carbs and nutrition too.
