I saw in looking back at previous posts that a lot of you use the fitday website. I went there and signed up. However I am having a lot of trouble listing my foods eaten. I browsed the foods, but nothing seems to be what I have made. For example, I can't find 2 scrambled eggs cooked in a pat of butter. The scrambled eggs I found were way too many. Same with the chicken, showed a cup diced. Is that a breast or half breast? Will I have to custom all the foods? Any help on how you use this website will be appreciated.
