Me too. I can't do the nuts. I can't eat only 1 oz. so I don't eat

them at all. :(

Yikes, I'm definitely a nut lover, roasted salted almonds are my favorite. I beter watch out if they are causing people weight loss problems....

Yea, the nuts are hard to " just eat one " !

They're really not the best snack food choice for sure.

According to fitday.com they're high in calories and fat, even tho

low in carbs. Better to find something relatively low in all

categories.
