Guest guest
Yikes, I'm definitely a nut lover, roasted salted almonds are my favorite. I beter watch out if they are causing people weight loss problems.... Guest guest
Yea, the nuts are hard to " just eat one " ! They're really not the best snack food choice for sure. According to fitday.com they're high in calories and fat, even tho low in carbs. Better to find something relatively low in all categories. Steve in San > > Hi Carol, it's S. remember me?
