ander Technique anyone?

Hey guys!

I hope everyone had a good holiday!

I was wondering if anyone was familar with what is called the

technique? My pyschatrist (sp? rehab doc , anyway!) who has helped so much

recommended this (no ins. coverage though!) and I saw it mentioned as a help

for FM.

I have found such wonderful help with my PT this time who is treating my neck

and resulting headaches and also rehabing my elbow. Today was the first

migrane in a while and it started because of going to a movie and the

position of my neck. So far nothing has helped it. It was a let down after

all the progress I'd made. Oh well, one step backwards but five steps

forward!!

If anyone has tried this tech. let me know! Thanks!

I have tried this some, mostly when visiting my mom, she for a while was going

weekly to a therapist who used this technique. I don't think she does it

anymore, but I think that it helped when she did.
