We are all on this trip together and are sharing experiences along the way. Diabetes can be a challenge, but if you chip away at it one choice at a time you will control this illness and it will NOT control you. There is a GREAT network of support for getting questions answered here. I too am fairly recently diagnosed -- it has been less than a year and let me tell you it has been an adventure and a half!
