Guest guest
<<I have a question related to a withdrawal and immune system. I have a third infection in three months, it started from flu in December, in January I had sinuses infection and now I have a respiratory track infection. I am having on and off temperature at present. In between illnesses I have headaches, migraines, tummy problems, so it seems I am hardly ever healthy (I have good moments- and they are really good). Is this somehow related to the withdrawal? In the beginning of the decreasing I had no problems, but they have increased recently. I was already asked to explained my sickness to the Occupational Health. My doctor simply said that " I have been unlucky to get an infection again " ... I am just worried and don't know what else I can do? Recently my work stress has also increased, but I cannot eliminate this stress from my life. I am trying to learn to say " No " , I am succeeding in times. Ikam>> ** Given your history it is not a surprise that your immune system is challenged. Another problem, though, is that you have probably had several courses of antibiotics. At this point, this will only lead to more infections. These drugs destroy the bacteria your body used to keep you well. See an herbalist for a good formula for boosting immune function. --C
Guest guest
, I haven't taken any antibiotics for a long time. I was on antibiotics many, too many times in my past. At the moment I have been better, taking Probiotic Immune Formula from Vitacost on top of my other supplements. Just finished Echinacea & Goldenseal. Hope it will bust my immune system. Had a difficult HR interview at work- they cannot see the link between the amount of stress and being ill. I have reviewed the way I work- and I try to take less work-load on me, which is difficult as I like my work. But I have to look after myself.
