Guest guest
<<Dear : I have been reducing my clonazepam intake from 0.25 mg daily to 0.0225 mg in about 5 months. I was doing more or less well. I was sleeping ok. This last week I added magnesium Citrate capsules, 100 mg twice a day, one capsule in the morning and one around 3-4 pm. After 5 days on Magnesium I developed insomnia. Now I have 3 days in a row and I only have slept about 4 total hours, with one night of total insomnia. My question is : Can magnesium cause insomnia during withdrawal? or maybe because I am near the end (planning to get off by April 15) I am developing this because of withdrawal per se? I am beginning to get desperate thinking about returning to my intense anxiety. Thanks for your advice >> ** , magnesium helps people sleep. Your problem is most likely a part of withdrawal. When was your last drug reduction and how much was it? -- C
