You know to be a real Italian dinner you must serve a roast of some sort,and of course a good red wine(a gallon would be sufficient!). If I come I may bring a b-day cake,for you and Sue! The cave explorers' convention is the 24th-28th of June, and I can handle just about anything the week before that, whatever works out best for folks. I can be up NH way as early as the 18th or so. If you come I will cook the roast, you bring the wine (it's only a courtesy to the hostess and host). Meat balls/Sausage, tossed salad, hot italian bread, roasted potatoes to go with the roast, and for appetizer escarole soup (Italian wedding soup), and we will top it off with cannolies and cheese cake with coffee. Did I forget anything? And it's free, such a deal! All kidding aside anybody want to come to NH when Galen comes a-callin (he is the entertainment) feel free to join us. We can have a pajama party (I will suply the pj's. Now I am getting carried away, see what you started , and yes will be there, he has to do the dishes.
