I swore off posting messages to this group. The next day I turned on my computer, clicked on favorites, yahoo groups AF Support and the first message was one impossible for me not to answer. I totally lost control and you would have thought it an addiction. My fingers were flying! Then I stopped an said " Pam, what are you doing? " Then pushed send, and further advised myself that I would very carefully read over all of my replies, and suggest to other group members that if I do say something blatently inaccurate, I will not mind being called to task. I do very much enjoy this group. Thanks again to Jim, , Tink, and all the rest, Pam Walter

Guest guest
I'd love to know what kind of vitamins and supplements you are taking. I take a lot of Chromium. Carol Re: intro and olives in phase 1 Welcome to the list. I am Pam and trying to go from 220 to my dream goal of 130. My first 10 days with phase one I have lost 18 lbs and now I am stalled there. Like in your previous post I am taking under the supervision of my naturopath, lots of vitamins and supplements to help me with my carb cravings. If you need support, ask. Everyone here is great.
