should I move on to P2?

I'm sure this has already been discussed here, and I should be paying more attention....but here is my question. I have been on Phase 1 for a little more than 2 weeks (went off the diet for about 4 days inbetween)...it has been a full week since I have been faithfully following again.......and my weight loss so far is 7 pounds. Should I move on to Phase 2 or can I continue on Phase 1 for another week?
