Guest guest
Was there corn in it? I'm afraid I can't find the ingredients so am asking out of ignorance. NHope - no corn - just lettuce and some meat with the Mexcian seasoning. It was real tasty and wouldn't mind having that again. ~~ in NJ~~So Many Books, So Little TimeModerator: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WeeklyReads/Currently Reading: Islands by Anne Rivers SiddonsListening To: Joy School by BergOne for the Money by Janet EvanovichJust Finished: Without Blood by Alessandro Barrico (A)Dance with Me by Luanne Rice (B)Reading Schedule for Weekly Reads:July 15th - The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency by McCall August 31st - by Anya Seton
Guest guest
Yes, , you can eat salads. Just watch the dressings and the obvious no-nos like croutons. Usually Ranch, blue cheese or a vinaigrette are safe. When all else fails, opt for oil and vinegar. I also eat out quite often and have never had a problem. A protein entree with a veggie and a salad is fine. I've never been turned down when I asked for a veggie instead of a carb, even in a place like Waffle House. Good luck, in Atlanta ----- Original Message ----- I'm a bit confused - you don't eat salad on phase 1 or you don't eat this out? What do you eat when you are in a restaurant, not necessarily fast food. I'm afraid my lifestyle is such that we eat out a great deal and entertain and are entertained. If I am to be succesful on this porgram I will have to do a bit of adjusting for myself. I may lose a bit less than others at the beginning but its still better than eating those bad carbs and fats. ~~ in NJ~~

Guest guest
Is there a book or a website that gives you what is and allowed at Fast Food restuarants? I work crazy hours, from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm and when I get off work the last thing I want to do is go home and cook for myself..or even put a little something together. I would love to just pick up a quick something and go home, plop in front of the TV and relax. Is there anywhere that tells what is allowed at any of the fast food places? Thanks a bunch...
