Some people pay attention to them to not only make sure they aren't eating too much but are eating enough. Carol Calorie Counting? NI've seen a couple people mentioning calories the past couple days. I didn't think thie was a calorie counting type plan. I mean I know we're of course not suppose to pig out, just eat until full, but are we really suppose to count calories? The only thing we count is nuts! ha ha ha One of the things I love about the beach is the fact that we do not have to count, weigh or measure.
