Hi Everyone,

I have to have a physical tomorrow for my surgery. I also have to

have a blood count done and a pg test. I hate giving blood. I can't

wait until this is over. I spke w/my dr office today. She told me my

dr doesn't just do surgery. So I feel good about the fact that he

wouldn't do surgery if he didn't think there would be a good outcome.

I don't know if I mentioned that they have someone else similar to

me. She had surgery and is now pg.

Pam:

Good luck tomorrow, I'm sure you'll be fine. Did your dr.'s office say how long it took before that other women became pg after the surgery? Post when you get home, to let us know how you are doing? Take care & have a good evening.

Dear Pam,

Good luck tomorrow with your preop. Just look the other way when

they take the blood that is what I do. Are you able to take some

time off of work after surgery? Can dh? Post after your appointment

tomorrow!

Take care,

Pam,

Ditto on the giving blood thing. I'm getting used to it though, since I had

it done every half hour for 18 hours while they decided if I was really

having an ep or not and then every week to 2 weeks since (8 weeks now). I

love my dr, but his nurse never calls back with results, she drives me crazy.

I have to call tomorrow to see if my HCG is finally back to normal.

My appt went fine today. I am glad its over. My surgery is on a

Friday. I hope to be back to work by Monday. I already told my dh he

has to give me lots of TLC that weekend.

Joleen,

Good luck w/your HCG today. I thought giving blood once a week for

nine weeks was bad. Thats nothing compared to what you had done. I

get so nervous. My hands were all clammy. They had to take two tubes.

YUCK!!

Pam,

Two tubes is REALLY BAD - I never had that. I felt bad after I posted, I'm

sure we've all had more blood work done that we could have ever imagined!
