I have been on atkins, but find sbd to be healthier. I have about 25 pounds to loose (Ouchie) and am in my early 50's which makes it next to impossible to loose. When I was on the Atkins I was out of work and able to cook my breakfasts. These days I seem to be a fly by the seat of my pants gal and have no time to cook. Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast that I can grab and run out the door with? I have also been faithfully attending the gym for a week now YES!!
