My NT journey began about 4 years ago, when I was misdiagnosed several times by the " medical professionals " ....just to be PROPERLY diagnosed by a local " healer " . Candida. After being VERY strict on the diet, exercising daily and feeling better than ever...I ended up at a HEALTHY 84 lbs. Well....several moves, being home ALL day iwht the refridgerator and poor food choices have made me a very unhealthy 106lbs. :-( We drink raw milk, eat grass-fed chicken adn beef...but somehow the " crap " keeps sneaking in. I have learned quite a bit of information in regards to viatims, fermentation and more about Vitamin D than I ever thought I would know on this list...but now I need some more practicle information. WHAT do I make for lunch for one? What do I send with my husband? I am going to get us each a Laptop Lunch Box...and hope that helps a bit. Also, I do not like to eat big meals...I am a " grazer " .
