Guest guest
<<Hi there, I have got my oral solution of abilify. I am first seeing if there is any difference between the oral solution and the tablet by keeping the dose the same of the oral solution, making sure not to mix or dilute with food or any other liquid as recommended on the bottle. I have a 10 ml syringe which measures the dose and when ready going to reduce to 9.7mg. I feel all this muscle issue has subsided sufficiently though now but will wait a little longer, how longer? I am already taking some of the nutrients recommended by you for muscle stiffness and am intrigued magnesium did not make the list manganese is good I will take 5 mg a day and colloidal minerals are interesting I plan to go to the brain bio centre to see if I am deficient in any of these chemicals I will start with 1500mg vit c (3000mg seems high and also expensive)maybe build up to 3000mg later. As for the taper, I feel ready, I don't want also to subject my body too long to these toxic drugs and besides I plan to taper very slow first to 9.7mg and wait.>> ** Magnesium was not mentioned because I was specifically addressing dystonia, not muscle stiffness. Rule of thumb for waiting is that you need to feel as well or better than you felt prior to the decrease before you move on to your next decrease. If you can't honestly say you feel as well of better than you did, then it's not time to do another decrease. Re: Vit C doses. There is no vitamin that is 100% bioavailable to the body. This is why you see such large doses of various B vitamins (example -- B12 is often in doses over 1000 times more than the USDA DRI (once called the " recommended daily amount " ). When it comes to Vitamin C, in the vast majority of people, the more you take, the better off you are. This is a site on Vit C everyone should explore. http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/ Regards,
