It's Steve for this thread, but my wife, Liz is the primary member.

The one quart of iced tea is the bulk of my water. For years I read

tea doesn't count for water (diuretic?), which I disagree with

because I'm the one who turns the WATER faucet on to make the tea.

I also drink about 20 oz of plain water in the evening (under Snack).

I read the other day that you're getting enough water if you're not

experiencing thirst.....seems logical to me.

Way to go! You did a great job at making sure you stayed on the Beach while

allowing others to have what they pleased. Someitmes that's a hard juggle.
