For years I read tea doesn't count for water (diuretic?), which I disagree with because I'm the one who turns the WATER faucet on to make the tea. I also drink about 20 oz of plain water in the evening (under Snack). I read the other day that you're getting enough water if you're not experiencing thirst.....seems logical to me.
