Guest guest Report post Posted July 13, 2002 If there is one thing I could suggest that helped me the most it is exercise. When I was in the weight loss stage I exercised every day. It took me about 4 months to work up to walking 45 minutes per day and it was closer to an hour a day by 5 months. When the weather got too cold to exercise outdoors I got a recumbent exercise bike. I found that food journalling also helped me. I can't believe that my nutritionist was pushing me to up my calories for months and months and I just couldn't get about 800 or 900 per day.
