I have been thinking a lot about this lately because i'm so confused

about what to take and which brand/form is best.

in reading more about soil fertility, and considering my poor diet up

until about 4 years ago, and given the fact that I was pregnant with

and now nursing twins, I feel it would be in my best interest to

supplement with vitamins and minerals. I eat a healthy NT diet.

So here is a list of what I take, including whole foods type supplements:

*VIBE (multivitamin and mineral supplement)--just started taking this

about a month ago. Anyone know anything about it? It's made by Eniva

Corporation--which is a local company for me. It's supposed to be

highly absorbable. But highly absorbable what? I am trying to decipher

some of the ingredients--trying to understand the form and the process

of creating the supplement.

* Dr. Ron's Calcium/Magnesium

* Green Pasture's Cod Liver Oil

* Green Pasture's Butter Oil

* Dr. Ron's Organ Delight

* Noni juice or Ninxia Red by Young Living in my water about once a day

* Dr. Ron's alpha lipoic acid, vitamin e, and milk thistle

* Digestive Enzymes w/ meals

* Seacure (just started taking this again. had an extra bottle from

when i was pregnant. I figured the extra and absorbable protein

couldn't hurt?

I also have condidered trace minerals. Eniva offers what looks like a

good product.

Would appreciate thoughts any of you have and would be interested to

see what others take in the way of supplements.

thanks!

lisa
