Guest guest
Hello! First and foremost, I have issues with today's society that everyone and their brother has some sort of psychological " disorder " ...and that's why _______ (can't work, can't be productive, yada yada). I do not say that to offend anyone. I know that there are genuinely people who do have such disorders...and that they DO affect your life. It just seems that not EVERYONE can have _______ disorder. (Rant over) That said, I took a " BiPolar quiz " a few days ago....adn the score was not pretty. When I discussed the results with my husband...he said, " Oh, I wouldn't be surprised if you are BiPolar. " I have no insurance, adn no plans on getting some " psych " evaluation. However, IF I did have BP....are there some things that I MUST have in my diet to lessens the symptoms, or some things that MUST be OUT of my diet... THank you!
