Guest guest
I'm listening to a radio show right now http://www.soundwaves2000.com/radio%5Fliberty/ (the episode from 1/5/07) about the importance of iodine. Are there any online calculators that show how much iodine is in food? www.nutritiondata.com doesn't list iodine in it's results. I am willing to start eating seaweed, if someone gives me some ways to disguise it in other foods. Dr. Flechas claims that adequate amounts from early pregnancy on can raise a baby's IQ by 15 points. He told about a group of babies they taught to give high five's at three-four months old. They could leave the room and when they came back, the babies remembered what to do. Anyone know if this could be true? I need to know how to get enough iodine. Thanks!
