Guest guest
Egg foo yung? Do you have a recipe for that? My current favorite breakfasts are plain ff yogurt with vanilla and sweetner added in, after ph1 you can add in fruit too. Cottage cheese with cinnamon and a small amt of sweetner for a Cinnabon type breakfast. Cottage cheese with chopped onion (any kind), tomato, and ground pepper. What about the old classics like omlets or scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. Does anyone have the recipe to mock Cinnabon? I deleted the post and tried to make it from memory and came out with cottage cheese soup. LOL. I've been enjoying turkey bacon and lite cheese roll ups, egg foo yung and zucchini "hashbrowns" for breakfast. > > > > __________________________________> Do you Yahoo!?> New and Improved Yahoo! Guest guest
Here ya go: http://maindish.allrecipes.com/AZ/ggFYngII.asp I make it with only chicken or only pork. I ate this in phase 1 even though the sauce has cornstarch in it. I didn't use a lot of it and it did not affect me. It is really yummy. Cheryl > Egg foo yung? Do you have a recipe for that?
