Guest guest
Hi: What wonderful news, good for you. But I had been in a remission for five years, and I also see my neurologist every two years. He claims that it's my positive attitude, not over taxing my body, and not to much stress in my life. So my point is, I think every one knows there body, and what works for one person may not work for another. I can't under any circumstances exercise or swim, in my case it makes matter's worse. For me less is best. I also think that once you accept PLS, thats half the battle. This is my opinion and personal experience with this stupid disease. Guest guest
Re:Annual Checkup Brings good News Digest Number 1071 On Monday the 31st I saw my neurologist for the first time in over 2 years. She said that I was about the same and was doing better than any of her other patients. I attribute this good news to 3 things: exercise, my chiropractor and supplements(one of which is C-3036). Just thought I'd share my good news!
