Heinz has a "One Carb" ketchup that I really like. Total fat - 0, Sugars 1 g. So far I've only found it at Super Walmart.

Ok, I know Ketchup has sugar in it but I REALLY LOVE it! Any suggestions. I've heard about an organic kind. Has anyone tried it or known anything about it?

I've found it at Meijer's, but not any of the

regular grocery stores I've checked (Meijer's is

kind of like a Super Walmart) - tastes just like

the 'real' thing to me.

I;'ve only tried it once, but using baked turnip strips (as a replacement for french fries) worked fairly decently. Actually, when I was eating them, I sort of thought of them as the vehicle I was using to enjoy the ketchup!

>>Heinz has a great 1 carb Ketchup if your stores have it. I too am a Ketchup lover. The only problem now is....what do I put it on?? :-)Bill<<
