Guest guest
Twice this week I've had " morning sickness " as it were -- I get up feeling unsettled, and within 15 minutes throw up. (This morning's was a real problem, as I'm not supposed to even SNEEZE with this patched hole between where a tooth was and my sinus cavity...so now, the wound I'm supposed to keep as clean as possible wound up being not only stressed but covered in....well...) I don't have any other real problems -- once I've emptied my stomach, I'm OK for a couple days. Doesn't seem to be related to any medication, at least that I've been able to track. My suspicion is something going further wrong with my stomach. I'm on Zantac now, and can't seem to skip it without really knowing I skipped it... Any ideas, either on what might be causing it or how to stop it? I know, see a doctor -- I have an appointment on Jan 4. But anything that might help until then? The only other alternative is going to the ER (the only high-level trauma center in the city, so it's always a 6-12 hour wait), and there's nothing wrong NOW, just while it's happening. They'd send me home, eventually. Is it possible I'm just overdoing it? This week, I've gone from being relatively EDS normal to discovering I will be having all my teeth pulled over the next few years, had oral surgery to remove two of them and patch the root hole to my sinus Thursday, then took the bus and walked ten blocks to go to group yesterday. And I do feel, well, weak. I don't know except this is not the way to drive 4-1/2 hours to Dallas Monday and back Wednesday. Well, ride. I try not to drive anymore. Oops. I've gone on far longer than I meant to. L, M
