Guest guest
Hi Thank you so much for your sensible advice, of course you are absolutely right, it is always tempting to deviate to go faster but it could be one step forwards and two steps back! Everyone is different both biologically and in the amount of chemical and environmental assaults on their bodies. What works for someone else could be really harmful to you. 2) Don't 'fix' it is it isn't 'broken'. This is one of the most valuable things I've learned in life. If 2% reductions has been working for you, stay with it. You will actually lose time on your taper if you do the 5% and it doesn't work. It will take a while to determine that it isn't working, then, it will take more time to increase it again to become physically stable enough to then do the 2% reduction. 3) Heck, let me throw in one more, lol. IMPATIENCE is the enemy. -- Regards,
