Hi ,

<<I guess I should have been more specific with my questions...sorry. Can I

take the magnesium with my specific meds?>>

** Yes. Take a couple of hours prior to or after the pharmaceutical drugs.

<<I am still taking what is listed at the bottom of this post.

Thank you in advance!

<<Hi ,

I have three quick questions. First, I can't remember how much

magnesium (Calm) to take a day--right now I take one heaping

teaspoonful in the morning before the pharmatoxins.>>

**This should be a divided dose. You can do 200 mg. 4x a day.

<< Second, is it

okay to take the magnesium with the pharmatoxins (the bottle says no,

but I wondered if this was just a general disclaimer.) >>

** In some cases, a general disclaimer. In others, it slightly alters the

metabolism of the drug (slows it down).

<<And third, how

much should my second cut of Propranolol be? The last cut was 5mg out

of 30mg daily. I think I am ready to cut again. >>

** 5mg. worked. I'd go with another 5mg.

<<Thanks in advance for your advice. Oh, and thanks for your answer

regarding the violets.

Take care,

Current pharmatoxins:

Propranolol: 10mg in afternoon, 15mg at night

Valium: 5mg at night

Ativan: .25mg plus one eigth in afternoon, .25mg in evening>>
