Oh, please, don't get discouraged! They will notice. It just takes

a few pounds more! And, you will be so proud of yourself!!!

WTG. 15 lbs is something to brag about. I

have been on this WOE since June 16 and have only lost 13 lbs, so CONGRATULATIONS

on your loss.

You have noticed and that's what counts. When you start wearing new clothes

others will notice. Until then, we will cheer you on! Great going!!!

Don't get discouraged.

I started at 180 and used a once-a-month meeting as my guide.

First month... nothing.

Second month... nothing.

Third month... LOTS of complements!

At a recent event I saw a bunch of people I haven't seen for a year and they

had me doing lots of arms-out twirling to show off my new slimness.

I still have about 15 pounds to go, but the complements are a huge boost.

When you get discouraged, go for a walk!

Don't take it too hard. You are doing this for YOU! Not for anyone else. And I know that when I think someone has lsot weight I'm afraid to say something because I don't want to offend them. Remember, the wait is going to be totally worth it in the end! Keep your chin up! :)

CONGRATS CONGRATS CONGRATS!!!!!

I am similar to weight and loss to you and yes, my face and tummy

are so noticable to me. I wear scrubs at work so not many people

notice but a few have.

I have been off the beach for about a month.....lakeside....manmade

beach,,I don't know what to call it.

I was losing then I was frustrated(not planning) and then I thought

I could handle off limit foods if I only stayed " good " during the

week.

It's all crap. It works when I stay on it and I don't know why I

drift!!

What in the world would Bob Greene or Dr. Phil say?

I know I don't want to weigh more than 250 pounds. Then WHY can;t I

do this easier.

I'm back again. I know it will work until I get frustrated again.

Maybe I have to do this ten pounds at a time?

I think it is FANTASTIC that you were able to take off those 15 pounds!! That is a pound every other day!!! I have been doing this food program for about 2 months and have lost 12 but I KNOW this is the way to go... Other people haven't noticed my 12 pound weight loss and I am telling myself that it is the way I FEEL that is most important.. Well, I feel healthier and more attractive which is reward enough for *me*.

Please keep chatting with us and letting us know how it is going..... We all love hearing the successes of one another.... I am sure your emails restore faith in lots who become very frustrated at times. I sure have but I am sticking with this... And as time passes, I find more and more ways to enjoy many of my old favorites... just tweaked here and there to chase away those useless carbs.. When you think about it, those carbs never really did provide much flavor.. just a lot of starchy goo on your tongue..*G*
