Sunday (last update was Thursday?)

Honey says and seems to be feeling better.

She is less irritable, less anxious, feeling of total fatigue/exhaustion has

been traded in for just fatigue.

Body aches a bit still

Sleep is off still- has improved, but not sleeping as well as she was, say a

month ago.

She doesn't have much energy

One thing I noticed and would love some feedback on:

Honey wanted SUGAR, craved it these past 2-3 weeks.

She is not much of a sugar eater to begin with, but it has been on her mind.

Any thing I need to know about that?>>

** This indicates that her normal way of metabolizing glucose is being

altered by the drug. Give sugar in the form of fresh fruits only. More fat

helps with this sometimes as it slows down the metabolizing of sugars.

Well, anyway-

She is back on sertraline- the Greenstone version as well as Zoloft in the

oral concentrate form.

Wed-Friday it was strictly Greenstone (37.5mg)

Yesterday we started with the liquid- she took (1) 25 mg tablet and .6ml

(12mg) of the liquid.

Will continue that for a week, and go to a half tablet (12.5mg) and 25mg of

the liquid. If all seems well after 4-5 days of that, she will just go all

liquid.

I am waiting for her to let me know when to start reducing.

We have been keeping track of her withdrawal symptoms and watching them

decrease a bit. Hoping to have a good idea of " baseline " for Honey. Once

we are there, she will reduce starting at 5% and wait til she gets back to

" baseline " before reducing again.

Hope everyone is doing well.

By the way, I completed online a " MedWatch " adverse event report concerning

the Teva sertraline. I felt a little tiny bit better after doing that.
