Guest guest
Hi all, I just made a chicken broth over the course of a couple days. While separating out the bones I discovered that they are quite soft. Out of curiosity I blended them up in some water. The taste is quite good, and it's chalky but smooth. I gave some to my cat and she licked it happily. Anyone see any harm and/or benefit in eating this? Seems like it could have a lot of calcium and/or other minerals. Thanks for your input, Tamara
