My first week done!

My first week on phase one is done. One more week to go! I've lost

9 pounds so far. I can't believe I'm loosing it so fast. I bet it

will slow down next week though. My pants are getting looser and

that is very good since school starts soon and I need to fit back

into my teacher clothes. :)

That's awesome, Cheryl! Looks like we are on the same schedule. Today is day

8. I don't think I've ever gone this long EVER without sugar. Someone brought

over fruit pizza yesterday for my dad's birthday and I just left the room

because I would have devoured it. Then I got on the scale today and I'm down 7

pounds now. I'm so excited. You'll be swimming in your teacher clothes in no

time and then you'll have to get a whole new wardrobe :-) Wouldn't that be a

shame?

My first week is done too - Whew! This is the first time I've ever

really stuck to a diet and I think what has helped is that I've TOLD

people about it. That way if I fail, it'll be a public failure.

Much greater motivation. But I've stuck to the diet all week with

only a couple slip-ups.

Unfortunately, I haven't lost anything yet. But I'm not worried, it

my menstrual week so I'm sure I'll see a lose next week.

Congrats on your 9 pounds - keep up the good work!

The same thing happened to me. Someone brought a Frappachino into

work the other day. I made her hide it since those are my

downfall.
