Guest guest Posted August 1, 2004 Report Share Posted August 1, 2004 Ok, ladies I have a question... Still in phase 1 and will be ready for phase 2 tomorrow... I had lost about 9-10 pounds around the 10th day or so of the program. They very next day I weighed myself and I had gained three pounds! I have done nothing different and how do you gain three pounds in one day?? So, a few days later my monthly visitor shows up. I'm chalking that weight gain to water retention. My question is that I've noticed I haven't been going to the bathroom as much but still drinking the same amount of water. Should I drink more water and would that make those three pounds go away? Or do I keep on doing things normally and wait for the visitor to go away and see if those three pounds are gone? I know it seems like three pounds are no big deal, but I was so excited with the weight loss and now I feel frustrated. I feel like I'm not doing as well and the weight won't come off.
