Guest guest
Thanks : Got it, I am going to reduce to 100 mg at night and see what happens, Thanks for the reminder about my condition (Gilbert) I am going to remember for future e-mails 2008/8/27 Duran <<Hi : I have started taking magnesium citrate since Sunday (100mg twice a day). My bowels are OK but since Monday I have been very drowsy all day, my eyes feel very heavy. I know that it is a low dose but I have noticed a sleepiness that is not comfortable. I am sleeping 7 hours a night, so I wouldn't expect to be drowsy during day Do you think I have to get off magnesium, modify dosage, or it is part of the benefit from it and this is going to diminish? I am afraid that if I increase to 400-600mg a day I am going to be sleeping all day. I would appreciate your comments, I don't know what to do about it. I am very sensitive to a lot of foods and supplements (Gilbert Syndrome) >> ** , just use your common sense judgment and cut back on the dose and take it only at night. It may be that you cannot take as much as someone else due to your condition. BTW, any time you ask me questions of this type (supplement) please remind me you have this syndrome. Thanks. --C
