Guest guest
, You are so right about Zanaflex helping with the sleep and the drooling. I take it - 2 mg 4X/day - and sleep very well at night, sometimes during the day, too. Have to be careful with that one. It also dries my mouth, sometimes to the point where I have to have a small piece of hard candy to moisten my mouth, enabling me to talk during the groups I lead. Some people can't handle the amount I'm taking, but 2-4mg at bedtime will be helpful. I also take Baclofen, 20 mg 3X/day. It, too, has a drying effect on the sinuses and mouth and a drowsiness factor. If I just lie still for a few minutes during the day, I will fall asleep for about an hour. If a person can tolerate the Zanaflex, it does work wonders. Mike Gray
