Guest guest
** Tonya, give me all the details you can -- exact locations of outbreaks/peelings, and all other problems/symptoms. Just append it to this so it is all together. I'm going to recommend a Chinese herbal formula. Which one depends on what I learn from what you write. Is there any stiffness in ankles or knees? Underarm odor (describe)? Lymph brush is good as long as you know the proper method of brushing. Rebounding (trampoline) is good, too. What was the dose on the Sulphur, Tonya? List all supplements and dosages. Thx. -- Dear , Sorry I haven't kept you updated, been hectic here. I took the one dose of sulphur in the fall (can't remember when exactly) and had a few bouts of rashes/skin irritation as well as feeling rather toxic on the inside. I last felt this about 3 weeks ago. Still having lymph issues (my left side feels somewhat clogged - finger tips are like prunes) and possible endometriosis or cyst symptoms. Due to finances, I've been unable to pursue diagnosis/treatment from that doctor I told you about (Margaret Mahoney). Also haven't been able to have another lymph drainage since the first one. I do have a dry brush to stimulate lymph and a trampoline (masseuse told me to try jumping rope; I thought trampoline might work just as well). Along with those symptoms, I've had dry patches on parts of my body (skin peeling around my ankles) and have been breaking out on my face. And feels like my circulation is poor (pins and needles sensation - though I've not been as active recently). I have milk thistle. Should I try this in case my liver needs cleansing? And is there anything else you'd recommend? In addition to the basic supplements, I've been taking probiotics, vit. E, goatien and Cran-Clearance (cranberry for urinary tract). I think that covers everything. Oh, and I've been a bit nervous because I will be leaving in about 2 weeks. Haven't told Dennis though. I just want this living situation to be a smooth as possible for Ariel and me while I'm still here. Thank you for your continued help!
