Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am new to this discussion, I thought I'd introduce my self, my name's Herby (Although my Alias is the Rev. A.T. Hist, but that's another story). I am type 2 and alergic to nutrasweet (aspertame). My blood sugar is not under control, I run very high (between 160 to 250 although I've gone higher). I don't understand why? I do what I am suppose to do, my eating habits (although not always) is good, and I am gradually going to a vegetarian diet. I was excercising regularly riding my bicycle to and from work (15 miles one way), but my blood sugar remains high (238 this morning). I was recently in the hospital after accidentily eating a product with nutrasweet, since that incident I am having difficulty walking, the Doctors say it is complications with my diabetes (I was diagnosed with nuropathy about a year ago). I hope I can contribute and look forward to your support. Herby
