,

I'm taking Vitacost NSI Synergy Mens Multi Formula for my multi

vitamin. Global DNA Ultimate Omega 3 for fish oil. Global DNA

Essential Protein Formula and Vitacost NSI Ester C with Quercetin

and Bioflavanoids.

I forgot to include that I take Vitacost NSI Magnesium Taurinate 250

mg. I will bump it up to 500 mg.

Try a

  • 1 month later...

I recently started to wein myself off of zyprexa. I am not having an

easy time at it. I am in a constant state of confusion and everything

seems overwhelming. I cannot cook, clean or take care of my son. I am

in sales and work and talking to people seem impossible. I am very

worried I may have suffered permanent brain damage. I have been on

zyprexa for about four months. I was started on 5 mg, then 10 mg, then

20 mg for about the last two months. I really want my old life back

and would like to know how long what I am experiencing will last. I

also can't sleep more than a couple hours a night either.

** Would someone please help ? I have to leave right now so don't have

time. Please send him a copy to his private email, too. Thanks.

Just so you know -- go back up to dose last stable at (may be original dose),

wait to feel better, then do a 3% decrease (water titration -- someone please

explain). Thanks all!

, the members here will get you out of crisis now and then we'll take it

from there.

Regards,
