I'm still waiting, waiting, waiting for my book to arrive . . . So

maybe I can start this weekend or next week.

Will it have suggested menus for Phase I? I've looked on websites

and seen the list of foods to " enjoy and avoid " in Phase I, but as a

major carb eater, it's hard for me to visualize any meals consisting

of the allowable foods :) Does the book come up with some meal

combos for me?

Also, I've seen " decaf diet soft drinks " as allowable for Phase I--

does that include things like Crystal Lite?

Thanks

Betsy

Yes, the book comes with meal plans. I followed them for about two

days and then made up my own (I can't drink tomato juice for example).

Crystal Lite is allowed, just watch for anything that has caffeine.
