Guest guest
I'm still waiting, waiting, waiting for my book to arrive . . . So maybe I can start this weekend or next week. Will it have suggested menus for Phase I? I've looked on websites and seen the list of foods to " enjoy and avoid " in Phase I, but as a major carb eater, it's hard for me to visualize any meals consisting of the allowable foods Does the book come up with some meal combos for me? Also, I've seen " decaf diet soft drinks " as allowable for Phase I-- does that include things like Crystal Lite? Thanks Betsy

Guest guest
Yes, the book comes with meal plans. I followed them for about two days and then made up my own (I can't drink tomato juice for example). Crystal Lite is allowed, just watch for anything that has caffeine. Guest guest
I found it easier for me to follow the meal plans at first. Kept me to the program.
