Thanks for the links; I have read through the comments under Dr. Mercola's

article and have been doing the GSE mouth rinse each day. I got some

fenugreek and goldenseal to pack on my gums and already take 6-7 grams of

vitamin C a day. I had my vitamin D levels tested back in January and they

were very low, I've been taking D since then but I'm sure damage has been

done. I have been meaning to buy some of the butter oil. The abscess isn't

causing me pain but I don't want the infection to spread.

There doesn't appearto be any way to reverse bone loss, does anyone know

differently?

Thanks,

my naturopath recommended a rinse of bloodroot - that is, get your

hands on a tincture of bloodroot and dilute. i went to an herbalist

who also added in some myrrh and some other ingredient (which escapes

me right now). if you do this, be sure you do not swallow -

bloodroot is TOXIC.

I agree, there are many people who have " healed' cavities and the tooth does

refill.

According to Price, you very much can. I have also heard from others

that cavities can sometimes " fill in " .

I have read of many, many cases of teeth filling in and even new sets being

grown by centenarians. Here, Price describes it also.

Case Two: The patient, a girl aged 14, had lost all four of the first permanent

molars and the diagnosis made by her local dentist indicated the necessity of

removing all of the erupted teeth and the construction of two artificial

dentures. Studies indicated that she had forty-two open cavities in twenty-four

teeth in addition to fillings. The patient was placed on a reinforced diet

including approximately one-half teaspoon of a mixture of high vitamin A and

high-activator X butter oil mixed with equal parts of a very high-vitamin

natural cod-liver oil taken in capsules three times a day. She was on this

regimen for about seven months, with the result that there was very little

evidence of extension of the caries, notwithstanding that no fillings were

placed, with the exception of two or three temporary ones.

This girl, at 15, has all her teeth, with the exception of the four

first permanent molars, extracted earlier in life. The teeth have been well

restored with good masticating surfaces and the appearance of the patient is

excellent. She is so enthusiastic that she wishes to give lectures on nutrition

to aid others with their dental problems.

Pardon my not so perfect example. There are books and articles filled with

them.

Dr. Virginia V. Vetrano writes, " Under ideal conditions...(teeth) can be healed.

Caries (cavities) can probably be filled physiologically; we just never give

them a chance. As soon as a cary (cavity) is discovered, it is filled with gold,

silver or porcelain. Nature certainly can't fight against that, although she

tries to at times and casts our fillings. I have seen one case where the enamel

was badly eroded off all the front teeth. that was replaced while fasting. "

In " Nature the Healer " , H. Richter wrote on page 385, " In my practice, I

have noted some

splendid instances of broken teeth growing back to their full length without

other aid than natural

food. However, I find that this is not generally believed. It may be necessary

for grownups to live for many years in Nature's way, before they will be able to

accomplish this feat. Their bloodstream must be made vital. On the other hand, I

know of men as old as seventy-five years who have grown another set of teeth. "

In 1923, Dr. Herbert Shelton wrote, that he saw a man in his 60's grow three new

teeth without a

change in the man's mode of life. Dr. Herbert Shelton further wrote, " In total

inanition (starvation), the experimental animal is deprived of all food and

water. It is obvious that the animal will not live as long when deprived of

water as when receiving water. But the reader will note that no changes occur in

the teeth in

animals that are given water only until they starve to death. " Dr. Herbert

Shelton, further wrote, " In the pyorrhea that 'four out of five' are said to

have, we see inflammation, loosening of the teeth, necrosis of the jaw, and even

falling out of the teeth. In numerous cases that we have cared for, the gum

inflammation has subsided, the ulcers have healed, pus formation has ceased and

the loosened teeth have become firmly fixed in their sockets, and all of this

has occurred while the patient was fasting. "

Rene Beresford writes, " The teeth are bones. Bones do heal and regenerate under

favorable conditions. Even the enamel of the teeth, it seems is able to repair

itself, as I have been able to demonstrate on a broken tooth of my own.

Self-restoration of teeth with cavities in them have been reported by dentists

within the last few years. "

The solution is hidden in a common sense approach to eliminating the toxic waste

products; a solution, by the way, recommended by Dr. Levi S. Parmly in a book;

" A Practical Guide To The Management Of The Teeth " , published in 1819! Most

schools of thought today give Dr. Parmly credit for being the first dentist

(scientist?) to discover and report the real cause of cavities and gum

infection.

When the toxic waste products that are being trapped in " below the gum line

spaces " are flushed out daily with warm salt water, the body's normal reparative

processes set in and heal the diseased gum tissue. In most cases, once the gum

disease begins to heal, the bone follows suit, GROWING BACK NEW BONE where it's

been lost and tightening up loose, wobbly teeth (self-help healing of pyorrhea).

"

" ...let me thank you again for your site, Dr. Nara’s books, and the tools,

everything. It’s been fabulous for me in all sorts of various ways – just an

example: when I began to read the texts, I had 4 deep cavities.

" Well, I got in there after a couple months and – even before I’d settled

into regular deeper irrigation – those cavities were gone, LITERALLY GONE.

There was no TRACE that they’d ever been there. Well, you might imagine I

nearly passed out, it was so freaky! And the great consequences just keep

comin’. "

Surely, all of these cannot be wrong. I am staring at bookcases now filled with

favorite info that I have collected over the last 30 years, that have many more

examples.

That's right up there with my male ob/gyn telling me what I felt like after

labor/tubal !!

Fasting (I'm not talking hippie/water/starve your cells), and cleansing in the

proper way gives the body the rest it needs to be able to heal and regenerate

cells much more quickly.

haecklers <haecklers@...> wrote: Wow,

thanks for all the info. Very interesting! My mother claims to

have regrown her wisdom teeth and all the dentists she's told it to say

she's mistaken. I always thought that since she had them out when she

was young, maybe they didn't really pull them or something, which is

why they came in later in her life.

What's the deal with the fasting? Does that help the teeth regenerate

faster or something?

Dentin, which may not be in the bone category, is supposed to grow back

if you take Cod Liver Oil, Hi Vitamin Butter and K2. Maybe it only

works for young people. I'm 63 almost so have only a little hope of my

cavities going away.

Losing weight in any way, shape or form will cause toxins to mobilize.

Exercise can do this as well as fasting. Be careful not to drop too much

weight at once, because mobilizing mercury is a nightmare - I can attest to

that! Nothing like having heart-attack like feelings and a vice tightening

on your head! Arsenic isn't much better since it makes your bones feel like

they're going to shatter at any moment and the migraines are unbelieveable.

Oh, and smelly doesn't do it justice - depending on what you're toxic with

you'll smell anywhere from milky (mercury) to oniony (arsenic) and the scent

will linger on everything you have worn. Sometimes I have to wash stuff

twice just to get the smell out!
