Guest guest
Very pure essential oils (like young living oils) can do wonders in getting your health back from a parisitic condition. I can refer you to someone who really knows the oils. I'm just getting into the oils myself so I can feel how different my body functions since I started on the oils. Guest guest
call Sue Massie, ask her about the enzyme supplements (or try the ones Willy Darman is taking??) She knows the scoop on the manufacturors and which are best. I took some vitalzyme on her recommendation to dissolve scar tissue (adhesions from 2 c-sections) and I can really feel it working. As far as whole food supplements, I highly recommend kimchi (homemade, only takes a week, if you can leave it alone for that long!). > > > Thanks, its a lyme condition-and they feed > on sugar and starches. > > I am doing the salt c protocol with wonderful > results * waves to Renate * > > I just want to make sure my body is > getting good raw nutrients and was wondering > what can i take instead of raw milk since > i cant have that wonderful nutrient. > > Ishtar > > > > Very pure essential oils (like young living oils) can > > do wonders in getting your health back from a > > parisitic condition. Guest guest
Thank you for the suggestions everyone. But i can't have most of those suggestions. I cant have dairy, I cant have sugar, i cant have starch. It has to be a really low carb food. I need to find SuperFoods that are low in carbs but just as beneficial as raw milk-not a milk substitute. I am interested in that enzyme supplement Renate. Guest guest
, What organs do you recommend? I have some liver and heart and bone marrow from grassfed beef, but I don't know what other organs I can get from this particular farm. They don't advertise any other organs. I am not sure which organs/glands are entirely edible or safe (ie. some might be too high in the natural hormone they produce). I won't eat organs from conventionally/factory=farmed or grain/soy-fed animals. I suppose I'm answering my own question and will just have to ask the farmers if they'd consider selling me other organs, but I still don't know which are really edible. I would like to eat them raw. I have a feeling a lot of my health problems could be healed this way, and that some of my cravings are for nutrients available only in raw organ meats, which I have never eaten. I have what I interpret to be a craving for brains, too, even though I've never had them. Anyway, sorry for any rambling incoherence and thanks for any input you may provide ~Kyra wrote: >... organs and glands from all varieties of animals <<==don't skimp > > if you can't deal with'ems straight up, buy dr. ron's freeze-dried > organ caps. > > as much butter and cream as you can tolerate, and otherwise, eat ghee. > > is cheese no good? it's not starchy. eat lots, if you can. > > broth, broth, and more broth--'specially from fish heads. > > maybe some sea vegetables, if you can. > > B. >
