Guest guest
I think that was me Kerri. That recipe saved me from omlettes when I was getting sick of eggs. I cannot tell you how many mornings I had it for breakfast. I add lots of cinnamon on top of mine. How was it with berries? I never thought of that. I was also thinking of experimenting with some cocoa or an extra egg.
Guest guest
The berries were really good. And you're right, I'm on day 8 and can't face another omelet for breakfast, so this was a great treat! The ricotta creme desserts in the book just don't do it for me. I added cinnamon too. Cocoa might be good, but you might want to add more splenda then. I'm going to try infusing some chai tea in the milk tonight so I'll let you know how that works. I wonder if adding sugar-free Torani syrups would work, too? Like banana....mmmm... Guest guest
I am glad to hear that I am not the only one with that can't face another egg. I lasted about a week on them too. I am on week six and am down 13 lbs. I have never been on a diet that worked so well before. My husband is doing even better having lost 19 lbs. I just ordered Keto Soy Protein Shake mix from the Internet. I used to drink SlimFast Soy Shakes every morning and loved them. I am hoping these will work as well and are as tasty. Has anyone else tried low-carb shakes for breakfast? Thanks. >>> kerridv@... 7/15/2004 2:32:37 PM >>> The berries were really good.
